By using GradePokemon, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Service Description

GradePokemon provides AI-powered estimated grading for Pokemon cards. Our grades are estimates and not official grades from PSA, CGC, BGS, or any other grading company.

No Guarantee

AI grading estimates are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that actual grades from professional grading companies will match our estimates.

Credits and Payments

Credits are consumed per grading scan. Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Free credits have no cash value.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse the service, attempt to circumvent credit systems, or use the service for any illegal purpose.

Intellectual Property

GradePokemon is not affiliated with Nintendo, Game Freak, The Pokemon Company, PSA, CGC, or BGS. Pokemon and related names are trademarks of their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

GradePokemon is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any decisions made based on our grading estimates.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
